2: ​Pressure parameter setting screen:

The maximum system pressure of this machine is 100bar, and the corresponding analog division is 0~999. The hydraulic system of the machine adopts electro-hydraulic proportional pressure control. Each action can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the action of the machine. The analog control mode of the pressure is: any pressure in the pressure parameter setting screen in the touch screen is arbitrary. After setting, press the test “OFF” button, the PLC will transmit to the analog module according to the set pressure analog quantity, and then the corresponding proportional current will be sent to the proportional board by the analog quantity module, and then scaled and processed by the proportional board. The amplified proportional current is delivered to the proportional valve coil to operate the proportional valve while achieving the corresponding operating pressure. The pressure is adjusted by first setting any pressure parameter in the touch screen to 999, then pressing the “OFF” test button, and slowly rotating the pressure adjustment screw on the proportional relief valve clockwise, and observing the pressure gauge.
